Low Pressure System Lingers South of Cayman

Weather charts and satellite pictures show that a mid to upper level trough over the northwest Caribbean will drift east of our area on Thursday morning supporting a general decrease in cloudiness and showers from late tonight (Wednesday). Further south, a broad area of low pressure over the southwest Caribbean shows no sign of organization and will remain stationary for the next 24 hours. Showers may be locally heavy at times.
